I would like to add that this name, Islamic Calendar, is a proper noun (a special name for a person, place, or thing). It is a special Calendar for a special way of life, Islam.

The information is true, but does it suggest that in the absence of Islamic holidays and rituals, it isn’t used. Do we only know the names of three or four of the 12 months of the year? How would I look if I only knew three or four months of the non-islamic calendar?
Allâh says in the Quran: “Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred…” [Quran 9:36]

As many of you are fully aware of, we’re moving lessons to a new area. We’ve rented a house with large yard space and now we’re trying to fill it. As you can see, from the slideshow above, we’ve almost completed this tent. It still requires flooring, a fence, a door, possibly windows, and of course, when we’re all done, a paint job.
