As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, Al hamdu lillaah, please excuse the absence. We’ve entered the last ten days of this blessed month. May Allaah accept your efforts, increase them and give you ease and success in maintaining them. The most loved righteous deeds are those that are consistent. The situation here in Mauritania is … I’m really hesitant when discussing what’s going on in Mauritania. Mauritania is much bigger than what I can talk about. Darul Arqam moves to Dar Naem

Al hamdu lillaah wa salaatu wa salaamu ‘ala Rasoolullaah. The village is approximately 58 kilometers (36 miles) outside of the capital, the first 50km is paved road and the remainder...

Letters of the Week

Letters of the Week

Al hamdu lillaah, the children really love this part of the week. Everyday the children receive a new letter to study until the they’ve acquired four to five letters. This group of letters is correctly pronounced, written (firstly using a book with dotted letters, secondly on small individual chalkboards), read and reinforced using several different games and activities associated with each letter. Once we are sure that the class, as a whole, has firmly grasped it new letters we have a fun and exciting cut and...
